Criticising the outgoing board is justified to some extent.  Calling them rats and suggesting there was some kind of sneaky, malicious intent about mistakes that were made is rubbish.

Ok, as I said I apologise for the Rat comparison , yet I strongly believe Spiv’s is more suitable, everyone of us was sick to the back teeth of the constant failures/ lack of investment at some point, also being told one thing and  being kept in the dark over matters that are vital.

"(spɪv ) noun. British slang. a person who makes a living by underhand dealings or swindling; black marketeer."

For someone that accuses others of 'waffling', you don't half talk some amount of crap.

Underhanded deals to Parks Motor Groups and crypto trading scams, favours for investors because we ran out of money for NEH.

Sounds very spiv-like.

Read that and had to double check if I had logged into Kerrydale Street by accident.

Felt like you'd logged onto Kerrydale street reading what our previous board did? Bloody carrots.

Yes, the use of spiv, to describe the previous board, is a clear sign of someone who has given no thought to the matter.

Use of spiv is correct 👍🏻

A very one-sided, negative take on three specific things they did, completely ignoring their part in getting the club back from actual spivs, them being Rangers men and regularly putting money into the club.

Hiring Michael Beale was worse than the three things you've picked on.

With you struggling to understand what words like waffling and spivs mean, may I suggest you use a dictionary before abusing others - it'll help you look less silly.

What underhand deals with the Parks Group? There was the sponsorship deal where they gave the club £5 million upfront, which seems fair enough to me, but I'm not sure if it's this that you're referring to or some other deals?

The footballing decisions are bad enough, nevermind their underhanded crap decisions that ultimately cost us money either through those companies being uncovered as scams, or losing in court.

Like I previously said, two good managerial appointments, three major trophies to show for their ten plus years here, and eroding our club to the point where selling was the only option.

Being a Rangers supporter/man/woman means utterly fuck all if you run the club into the ground.

Both words have been used in the correct settings, don't worry about me looking silly, worry about your own blindness.
