Blue strip with white trim only. Keep red for the top of the socks. Red has no place on a Rangers top IMO.
My favourite strip is the 92/94 one, with the red collar.

Is that not the same strip as the one above, Lenny?

I quite like the blue one. Not a fan of the white one with the kid's scribbles on it.

It seems that some who attend the youth games regularly weren't too impressed by Jacobs.

Howcome? Nelms bought it back from the Dundee Utd director last October who had previously bought it at Dundee’s second administration & rented it to them.
They own dens again but the notorious Mr Nelms keep promising them a new stadium which never seems to materialise
The drainage "can't be fixed unless someone provided the city council a multi-million budget to do so" is the reasoning given.

Its a bit strange how Dundee have tried to absolve themselves of all blame for this. As if its all out of their control and down to climate change or masons cloud seeding over dens but not tannadice.
Apparently their stadium's drainage is not their responsibility.

Beaton was yards away from both penalties and didn't give them. They were both given by VAR.
I could see from the middle of the main stand that it was a penalty so you have to wonder how a ref standing yards away can miss it. 🤔

Sterling can replace Tav.
I'm not convinced about that. He looks far better in the midfield or even playing right wing. He can certainly cover but I wouldn't want him as our first choice right back for next season.

It was a goal
Var can only be used for fouls in the current phase of play. Two Celtic defenders had played the ball before Dessers scores. The ‘foul’ was committed in an earlier phase of play
var can only return to previous phases for red cards, violent conduct & mistake identity I believe.
2 defenders and the keeper played the ball.
Stevie Clifford argued that attempted blocks and clearances doesn't change the phase of play. so the ref was correct to overturn the goal. I've not seen any references to rules that state that, but I think he did a bit of reffing, so he may know better than us, but I'd tend to agree with you.

Except for when he gave the ball away leading to their first, or when he was involved in the comedy of errors for their third?
He constantly went back the way in the first half. We really suffered from having a right footed player at left back. Possibly not his fault but he wasn't particularly good in the first half, but a big improvement in the second.

Is that what caused the rammy at the end?
No, it happened after that. The Celtic bench were going up the tunnel after it had calmed down and Rae appeared to say something to Kennedy which resulted in Kennedy giving Rae a big shove. Rae just stood back and looked bemused at Kennedy's reaction.

I think they go back to it because the end result was a goal, even if the referee did see it.
I'll wait for Dermot at 11:00 before speculating, though.
It has to be a clear and obvious error. Compare and contrast to the handball in the game at Parkhead.
I accept that there's an argument that it was that, but it also has to be in the same phase of play, and I'm not convinced it was. I'd have thought a new phase of play starts when the first cross is blocked

Anyone who threw a coin is a fuckwit, but it shouldn't give Kennedy the right to physically attack Alex Rae at the end of the game.

I’ve watched the Dessers disallowed goal again. Regards the ‘foul’ by Lawrence on Iwata(?), the referee is in a perfect position to see it (about 5 yards away) but allows play to continue. Presumably he felt Iwata went down too easily or dived.
However Walsh & Connor on VAR were having none of it
The ref clearly saw it so was it an obvious error? I don't think it was.
I also don't believe it was in the same phase of play, based on the way that the EPL is reffed, but I'm not clued up about the exact rules on that.

We need a left footed player at left back. Playing sterling is disrupting our play.
It's also bring on Cantwell and Sima.

Yeah, the number of times he didn't give his all by slowing down at the end was frustrating. I love watching athletes break records and he could have gone faster. For that reason, he falls short of being a hero of mine, despite his unique talent.
