  1. Some great fotball this weekend.  What a turnaround for Southampton after their 9-0 drubbing from Leicester.  Really good game with Liverpool and a bit unfair on the scoreline but Liverpool are just lethal at the moment, hopefully they make it to 50 to beat Arsenals record; had to laugh at the comments from Pires over the weekend about being lucky etc  the man was a great player but is deluded !!

Good game yesterday too between Spurs and Man City, not quite sure what's gone wrong with Cith this season, can't see it purely being down to the Laporte injury but rumours of unrest in the camp.  How Stirling wasn't sent off is also beyond me.

Arsenal & ManU games a bit boring and predictable as seems to be the norm. Traore coming back on after getting a dislocated shoulder put back in place, some man and a great season he's having.

Great to watch the West Han v Brighton and Watford v Everton games, loads of goals and so hard to predict any results in that league....other than a Liverpool win each week :)

  2. Absolutely shocking performance, no idea what's happened to the team since the break.  I only got to see the 2nd half but Kamara looked awful again, Aribo and Kent did nothing and why o h why is Ojo still getting on before others?

Hard to understand SG's comments after the game too.

  3. I don't think that was his worst game for us.  He's frustrating as he has the talent and skill but doesn't do it all the time or more often than not IMO.

Hopefully he will get better and better and justify the price tag.

  4. 4 goals in 16 appearances isn't that great either really.  I read that he wanted to play the lone no.9 up top but awsn't up to scratch.  Also read that he left us just before SG changed formation to the narrow 4-3-3 so he may have been better there.  Still sold for £3m and now valued at £500k says something.

Now that they have beaten Wolves it has to be at the stage where Liverpool must be considered unstoppable as far as the title destination is concerned. They're 16 points clear of City with still one more game in hand.

I think they have dropped barely a handful of points in the last 60 or 70 games or so. Doubt they will drop 16 points over their remaining 15 games. In fact they're looking likely to increase their lead to 19 points.

They've dropped 6 points out of the last 96 i believe.  They can now afford to lose 6 of their remaining 15 games and still win the league.  Klopp isnt's saying it, neither are the players but sure they all believe it now.  I'm hoping they beat Arsenal's record.  That would be the icing on the cake for me :)

Hard on Wolves last night, was a great game to watch,  I can't believe the difference in Adama Traore this season compared to last season where I thought he was a liability every time he came on; no end product and constantly giving away posession.  The turnaround, especially the final ball is unbelievable.  He must be attracting a lot of attention from the 'bigger' clubs.
