  1. We owe Scottish Football nothing now. Surely this will mean we are treated with respect and not sneered at by fellow Scottish Football fans any more?

    :flute:

Dream on, I'm afraid. We're still there to be blamed. We need a RSU........ A Rapid Response Unit.....to quickly respond to these claims and attacks.

  2. Hmrc might find it difficult to argue that the "Football Creditors" rule can apply in England but not Scotland albeit we have been coerced into it by the SFA. On the upside there an be no doubt now that we remain the same club. The new holding company has settled the debts of the old holding company. Of course the lawyers amongst us will no doubt point out where I'm wrong here.

  3. Aberdeen are giving away a free juvenile season ticket with every adult one and including the free juvenile ones in the total sales!

No great surprise to be honest. We can be certain that they will not discuss season ticket sales on a cash received basis from season to season. Hell mend them!

  4. Does anyone know what happened with Juventus?

I know they had two titles voided because of the match fixing scandal. Also that umpteen clubs were involved.

But was compensation paid to the other clubs that weren't involved? Or was the title being voided the end of it?

I'm certain that no compensation was paid.

  5. In footballing terms we were playing on the shoulder of the the last taxman defender. We all know that such a tactic can lead to tight decisions where sometimes we are offside, sometimes not! We are still waiting on a decision. There can be no concessions to a kangaroo court who have elected themselves to make this decision without having any authority whatsoever.
