David Murray is the biggest enemy.
For sure Murray is the one who put us in harms way,but right now "We" are our own worst enemy.
We unite and it's a brand new ball game, and We win.

Sitting by computer every day, over here in Canada, flipping from one Rangers site to the next, getting all sorts of opinions. It strikes me that our worst enemy in all what's happened over the last five, six months has been ourselves.
I'm pretty sure that if our fans had spoken with one voice from the start,we would not be in this dire situation we find ourselves in now.
Thoughts guys?

You cant ?
So you think showing Brown & Findlay the deeds is more important than attempting to retain our SPL status ? More important than trying to ensure we can retain whatever players we can ? More important than trying to ensure we have a feasible business plan now that we know we wont be in the SPL ?
Even given all of the above.... what RIGHT does Brown have to see these deeds ? None. Who are Brown's backers ? He hasnt named ONE single person (an issue which plenty of fans ridiculed Green over). What is Brown's business plan ? ahhh, to sell to the fans (sounds much like Green's plan).
John Brown, for all he was a great player for us, is proving to be nothing more than inept in this process.
John Brown,a great player? (adequate at best imho) should shut the fuck up.All he is succeeding in doing is splitting our support.
And that is the last thing we need right now.

Shite player tbh
Stupid statement,he barely got the chance to show what he has.
I'm pretty sure you will be eating your words when the season gets going.

The OP is rather harsh on Gary Steven IMO.
Players that I've disliked....
Fernando Ricksen
Kevin Muscat. Just a thug
El Hadj Diouf. How this vile fool was allowed to wear the blue jersey and almost derail our title challenge with one man circus' date=' is beyond me.
Allan Johnson. He was uTter gash. A winger that couldn't beat a man...yip...very good[/quote']
Fernando! really? one of my all time favorites.

Brilliant piece as usual D'art.

I wonder where this places those want to punish Rangers for integrity reasons?
How can anyone punish the club and fans for being the victim of a crime?
That has been my thoughts from the start Frankie.

Has any team ever been demoted 3 divisions before and got back to the top? Going down 2 divisions is one thing but 3 divisions would kill the club. We were bad enough when we were able to spend £20k per week on mediocrity like Whittaker.
Whittaker, mediocrity? you are being way too kind on that bomb scare. I will continue to stand alone on my defense of captain Kirk.

I'd say it's a 99.9% no brainer that Murray Park will be renamed. I'm just wondering
why it's taking so long to get it done.?

Couldn't agree more Bluebear, really good post.

We should compete in the cups, but with an U18 team and we shuld boycott both home AND away games if paired against an SPL team because the visiting team gets half the proceeds.
We obviously would need to pay policing costs etc, could have another whp round for that.
If we are boycotting, why would we need policing?

He stated many times Whyte was not the right man for the job, but the fans were more angry with him for saying it than they were doubtful of Whyte. Most thought the Knight in shining armour had ridden into town but rather a pile of shite and penniless charmer had ridden into town.
now we are all willing to listen to hear what he is saying. Closing the barn door after the horse has bolted springs to mind.
I was as gullible as everyone else for the record.
Nail on the head Pete, and I was just as gullible.

I'd rather poke myself in the eye than him sign for us.
I don't understand why there's shite gossip talk regarding potential transfers for us. We've got a transfer embargo hanging over our heads for the next 12 months. Unless theyean we'll sign him next summer?!?!
Go ahead poke yourself in the eye.Truth is, a player like Black is exactly what has been missing in our mid-field since Thomson left.

Are gold fish the worst biters?

yeah but what I said was statiscally true.
lovely dogs of course but larger numbers make them likely to top the list a long with people not being suitable owners for such intelligent dogs I suspect.
I work with animals.
Hey! GS Labs come in maybe 7-8-9 in the top ten of dangerous dogs, but only because it's a big dog,and can obviously apply a big bite.
Having said that, you having worked with dogs must know that the worst biters are actually these tiny little lap-dogs.

~the wasp,
Don't make such derogatory comments about other Rangers forums here please. There's members of every other Gers forum who are also members here and we all get along fine.
So I can't ask a simple question? sounds kinda like Follow Follow to me.

Labradors bite more people than any other type of dog.
Are you that Mr. know-it-all gunslinger from taig infested R.M.?
Anyway whether you are or not, your truly out-to-lunch with your Lab comment.
As any dog owner can tell you,all dogs can bite, and it all depends on their environment, and how it is treated,as to how it behaves.
As far as Labs go,they are away down the the list of potential biters. So there!

I have been bitten by a Jack Russell, and I wont go near them, but I would pat a labrador - I think his analogy is sound
I found the interview enlightening, and his analogies quiet entertaining.

I just watched Mr. Green's interview on Rangers T.V. and thought the guy came across as pretty genuine.
Fingers crossed I've not been fooled again.

Hi all, first time poster from Durban in South Africa, by way of Stewarton! Being away from home, I am reliant on internet sites and Sky Sports for updates on the situation. I am sure that all overseas bears will agree that without the updates from yourselves, we would be even more in the dark (if that's possible, given the uncertainty on the situation!)
I agree that the current squad is strong enough to compete for trophies, but my understanding is that if we achieve a CVA, we can then extend contracts. If we go into a Newco, then there is no absolute confirmation that the contracts can just be transferred from the old company. Also it would only be if we exit admin through a CVA will we be allowed to compete in Europe. Here's hoping that the creditors agree to the CVA and we can start to focus on the football again!
Hi! Davie, pretty new myself on here.So what you are saying is,we can't even keep the players we have now, even if they want to
remain at the club? I give up.I don't have a clue what's going on.

If Green is as serious as he sounded in Sunday (or was it Monday)interview,
when he stressed that Europe was essential. Then why doesn't he just sign the players
we have at the club now,and I'm pretty sure we have enough talent to get us into
Europe.Probably even enough to win the league.
Thoughts guys?

I think there is something on FF or rM about him tweeting something about he has been talking to the new owners of Rangers, vey interesting. Would love him back even for a season at Rangers.
That has me scratching my head, how can he be talking to some of the new owners, when it hasn't been revealed
who they are yet.?
