Cant believe this thread on the lazy fat arse striker is still going. There's been more words typed in this thread than yards Boyd ran in his Rangers career.
I don't think for a second there's any surprises coming 4 5 1 Davis Edu Jig in the middle. Hopefully he goes with Wylde and Aluko on the wings but that two could be asking for too much, we might just as easily see Papac on the left in front of Wallace.
If we went for it Zappa and got beat I would be mad at getting beat but at least we would go down fighting. Going to the peadodome and just sitting in while getting humped is just the lowest of the lowest.
Same here thought it as nearer 20 to 30mill. I know the rest of the Championship teams were trying to get it stopped because it gave the relegated team an unfair advantage.
Forgot about that he was injured and never got going again then went in the huff. Anyway I can't see any of the two anywhere near Ibrox both are in the past and we should all be looking forward.
In that last season Zappa Boyd got stuck on 26 for months, because it won me £20 off the mate bet he wouldn't break 30. That's my point with Boyd if he's not scoring in every other game and goes for a month or more without scoring he brings absolutely nothing to the team and is a waste of space.
It was like a fog that hung over our end, I remember some of the sways that you used to get caught up in at the time it was great, by the end of the game you were no where near the spot you started the game. When you look back it's a bloody miracle people didn't die on a regular bases.
As I said SC, Negri was the complete forward Boyd is a poacher we need a complete forward in that team not a poacher.
You really think Negri never kicked another ball for us because he got hit by a squash ball by Porrini. The only true words in that sentence are Porrini and hit.
I here you Gazza he scored a barrel load, I can't argue with that but he was also the laziest player I've ever seen and the way we are playing he's a luxury we can't afford at the moment.
And look what happened to him, god he was great while it lasted just a pity he couldn't keep his Johnson in his pants.
That's a goalscorer and Boyd is a shadow of that man.
I agree SC it's all about opinions, as I said I can't for the life of me think what Boyd would bring to that team, a struggling Boyd in a struggling Rangers side is a recipe for disaster.
And when the fat arse doesn't score goals and goes on a dry spell which he does, we are playing with 10 men. As for Boyd before Miller the least said about comment the better.
