What's so bad about an admission they are part of the newco ? If they put in a transfere request im more than sure Green would have been happy to honour the clause in their contracts . Pitty the players are not of the same ilk..

I think the players handled it very poorly , im not sure what else Green could or should have have done. Maybe if the players had reported back for training they would have met Green and had any questions answered .

Unfortunately your probably right . I was meaning more about the backlash after such actions, that would follow him back to yorkshire or wherever he tried to hide. He already made comments about his kids being affected by all this, im not talking about violence , I mean the avalanche of cyber attacks he and his family would come under . I really dont think he would be stupid or brave enough to try it. Ofcourse like you said Whyte fucked us over but that doesnt mean Green will do likewise.

Apart from selling off the stadium and training ground there's not much more, if anything Green can take out the club. I doubt he would get much more back than what his consortium have already put in for the assets as they stand . A debt free Rangers winning trophys again will be what puts cash in Greens pocket . He will sell the club on at a decent profit .

Darther gave a solution to that problem if it is correct . Again I dont know if that could be done or not but it sounds feasible

Im not saying we should not pay the debts , I was making the point that somebody had post in another thread that it would be illegal to pay they debts in full because under Scots law these creditors must be treated exactly the same way as any other unsecured creditor. I dont know if that is correct or not .

I think at this stage we need to wait untill we have SFA membership and a league to play in before we chase anybody out the door. Let CG get this sorted for us without any further delays would IMO be whats best for the club at this moment in time .
