Leggat - Celtic's David Low Confirms Link To Charles Green
kuznetsov replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
On the contrary, it is very relevant. They cannot have our clubs best interests at heart and with that are obviosuly unable to give 100% into their everyday working lives. Just another of Murrays mistakes, allowing so many to weed their way into our club. I think Leggo is saying Green should have turned to someone with Rangers best interests at heart and not someone who MAY have alterior motives. I do not trust Low, i dont even trust Green yet. I know exactly what depths that lot will sink to in order to destroy us. -

Are you denying David Low has advised Green or even met him? -
Rangers administration: questions as club move toward creditor meetings

This is my problem with these prospective owners and i include TBK in that too. No one has any interest in putting up their own money. Are we such a risk? -

The mhedia are hurting, tims are panicking and all our detractors are sweating. -
The huge fine should be more than enough, especially against a club who are skint. Who did they think we were going to sign this summer? Lio Messi ffs! We dont have money to sign the players our club and fans deserve.

Tactics deployed by Victim FC for over 100 years. Its a disease stemming from their church.
-
What is happening with it? Sky just had a list of main creditors and only had HMRC at £14million odd. No mention of the big tax case. Will the possible fine from that case be over and above any agreed CVA? I was under the impression if we agreed a CVA, the big tax case would be included and that noose around our neck taken away. Surely we cannot go through another take over with this hanging over us again?

Aidan O'Neillv hahahahaha Goodness. He must be hurting big time.

How Green And Investors Could Double Their Money
kuznetsov replied to chilledbear's topic in Rangers Chat
What is he putting in mate? Does he have the wealth and numbers we are talking about for the CVA pot? I understand investors getting or wanting their money back eventually but Green, i wasnt aware he was a major investor, i thought he was just getting the investors together. -

What loan repayments mate? -
Looks like the court have told the SFA what possible punishments they can give us and none are a transfer ban, is this correct?

No problem with him making money as long as our club is run correctly and show a certain level of ambition. -

Seeds of clubâ??s destruction sown by Fergus McCann

Havnt laughed so much in years. What complete claptrap. Murray not once ever put his hand in his pocket for US, never ind for anyone else. -
Where you impressed when he fainted against Celtic at Parkhead? Little is no more than average. He is not good enough for us long term and will never be a Championship winning striker. Not sure if you are or how you can say you have been impressed by McKay and Hemmings either. Kane has done nothing from any chances given and we have seen only minutes of McKay, who looks very raw. Neither ready to step up. Lafferty should be Lees first pick partner. Aluko and Naismith behind them both.
-
We have done that plenty of times Zappa, thankfully not many as costly as Laffs in recent times.
-
Still money we didnt have and couldnt afford. A hell of a lot of money for so little in return.
-
Kyle Lafferty, the player the thread is about. Fee was just under £4m(£3.3m) but if, like gunslinger says, if we include his wages for the time he has been here, it rises considerably. No return for the club whatsoever, a huge loss. Complete waste of time and money if we dont keep him and turn him into the player he has the potential to be.
-
Has he been worth the £4m paid for him? No. Is he so poor that we should be taking a £3.5m loss on him? No. Does he still have untapped potential? Yes. Does he deserve another chance to play for us? Only if he wants to renegotiate his contract in my opinion. Not a great player but not as bad as some love to think.
-
I thought Whyte got the £20 odd million, not the club.
-
I was gutted about this news until i read - "he has no interest in renegotiating that". IF TRUE, the money grabbing glory hunting idiot can go anywhere he wishes. I have my doubts its true though, he must like it here, who wouldnt? In reply to this by ian - "I'm not particularly fussed if he goes, but we really need to get this registration ban sorted out. If other players leave for similarly knock down fees, then we could be in a huge mess. " - I say, the ban will not be getting sorted, it is what it is. We have to get on with it. Other players will leave, i have no doubts about that, Papac has left i believe, Lafferty will go, Healy and Little will hopefully go. Our best players with embarrassing sell on clauses will most likely go also. We will still be left with the second best squad in the league but is that enough for the coaching team to come second in the league or even challenge for the title? I am not so sure.

It is a case of simply hampering Rangers chances of success. If it costs a club £2m, so be it. McCarthy done it with Berra, Kean with Goodwillie, Lennon with Ledley and Owen Coyle with Martin Petrov, Moyes done it with Jelavic. There is certainly a pattern there. If it isnt Moyes who buys Naismith, it will be someone else. Aluko will also be on their radar, not necessarily Everton though.
-
I worked it out at between £250k and £500k per season. Huge sums for any SPL club. Their hatred is such that they will massage any facts and figures to make it out we are not needed or wanted.

Forcing the training ground on us was good too. Long over due.
