  1. but doubt he'd take that!

I agree with everything you say... problem being your very last sentance.... but doubht he will take that.

He only done the TUPE transfer imho because he knew we still stuck paying him that daft kinda money.

I dont think theres a snowballs chance in hell of him agreeing to such a pay structure.

however yes what a good idea. the true gers players would/should take such a deal.

  2. I see where you're coming from, and agree that his performance so far this season has been grossly unprofessional in a number of ways. If you're feeling generous you could say it's a lack of preseason, if you're being malicious you could put it down as trying to manipulate his way out of the club (which he seems to have achieved). But if he were to come back next season, put in performances for us of a decent standard in div2, I'd take him. Least of all he'd be a 'new signing' while still under the transfer embargo...

I take your point, and some going points at that. however typically division 2 players wont be near 15k a week tho ? ,,, needs to be a happy medium

would you be happy to pay him that kinda money to see if he's immproved in time for division 2?

  3. Another problem is that the one man is also responsible for a variety of other tasks.

As always, we're spread too thinly behind the scenes.

Man, thats depressing. I know were in a bad way. ( well getting better hehe ). but thats really beyond a joke for a company like Rangers. marketting/media dept doesnt have a dedicated webmaster.

I bet theres thousands of capable candidates too that would happily do it for free if given a chance ;)

I know septic outsource most of theres, I'm much more comfortable with it being in-house. but as I said in previous thread, for security reasons alone, a dedicated webmaster should be on the case.

  4. With regards Goian, it's surely not beyond the realms of possibility he'll be back with us next season. He quite rightly thinks that SD3 is bad for his international chances, so a loan move abroad might help that and then return next season, or even repeat the deal? How would people feel about that. I know he's had a shocker so far this season and he's not been interested as well as completely underestimating the standard (didn't think I'd be saying that!) but when we get back up into higher divisions would he be able to come back and do a job for us?

for the sheer fact there its possible he 'underestimated the standard'.. shouldnt make him so slow and easily passed.

I reckon best we get replacement(s) and forget about him

  5. I think the problem is that the site was neglected by the previous administrators so it's now left to a skeleton staff to update it all.

I know for a fact they're working hard on this so if you find any missing/out of date data, then get in touch with them and they'll get to it.

Frankie, theres loads wrong with it on close inspection

however the main issue being there terms and conditions for tickets! they sell the tickets and give you a link to SPL terms and conditions.

not good. 1 man takes to update pages, and would have thought the terms and conditions of our tickets were fairly important considering all the changes recently.

I will drop them a politer email than my thread :)

  6. Other week we were discussing how nice and pretty the new rangers.co.uk website is.

Been frustrated all week by it.

There help pages have referneces to season 07/08

there season ticket terms and conditions still think we are in SPL

they still mention the fact about celtic games etc.

everytime the solution is always .. phone us on 0871 ( 10p per minute crap )

was initally excited and happy they had upgraded the website, but obviously spent more time trying to make it pretty, than have it actually work ( it hasnt showed season ticket availability for 2 days now ), and have up to date terms and conditions on the tickets it sells!

    /rant over

p.s there 0871 line is pish too. 2 hours to even get put on hold. eveyy other attempt. 'sorry were too busy'..

one time i was put on hold for 35 mins, then a message saying 'sorry were too busy' and line dead.

no wonder the Q's are so big at ibrox

  7. His attitude was all wrong did anyone see his comments in the sun yesterday? He said he was surprised by the quality of the lower leagues because he thought he would have been playing against fat amateurs but he said there was some good young players.

Yeh,, some good young players that had a turn of foot that embarrased him! hehe, numpty that he is.

Like we both agree, his attitude was all wrong, and pretty sure only reason he didnt do a 'naismith' was because he simply had no offers coz he was pish lol and we were only people dafty enough to pay him howeveramount of thousands per week

  8. league cup dundee scrape past our division 3 friends peterhead on penalties. infront of a massive 844 crowd lol, sorry cant stop laughing, to think folk were suicidal when we edged division 2 Brechin in extra time..

    huge fanbase there dundee lol

  9. we moaned for months to get back to the football, and already after a match that cant even be described as a really busy friendly some of you are calling for allys head and moaning about the football. jeeses man, it will get slighly better id imagine.... or hope

  10. we have loaned out players to sfl outside the window I'm almost certain. international loans apply to the window though I think.

would we want a Scottish club to loan us a player. would they?

probably wont be needing any international ones for div2 :-P
