Have to take others word about the interview , wouldn't give that rancid organisation a click never mind content.
Each to their own

Surprised actually, not that we are withdrawing but that Child Abuse FC didn't anticipate and get their scratch in first.
Guess DG and team could consider this a rare victory
Sordid episode, but we move on

Fair, enough, tbh I didn't engage because I don’t understand these things, take it, it wasn’t successful.

not if celtc are getting more and the club have done nothing to defend that report. Maybe we aren't and then you are right.
Internet pish, until any credible source reports otherwise .
I couldn't care less what the deal is, the Sydney cup is an embarrassing howler, that the board aught to have foreseen.
My question was, that aside, what are the other "lousy" deals that Bisgrove has brokered?
Perhaps, RR was just referring to the Rolf Harris and using a plural, if so then fair enough, I just wondered if I had missed something.

How can he be good at his job when signing lousy commercial deals?
Assume you don't mean the Sydney cup? As that sounds like a good commercial deal (ethical issues aside)
If so, what deals do you refer to?
Genuine question, cheers

If they are getting a bigger fee then yes we should be negotiating to withdraw.
But it does suggest naivety at least on our commercial dept in the first instanceBigger fee, same fee, less fee
We should withdraw

Bisgroves cut of this deal is probably 200-300k
Yup, salesman, call it commission or bonus, he'll be on a percentage that's why he reacted so badly to the Rolf Harris reception, it was obvious, the protests were a threat to his pocket and he couldn't hide it, definitely not a poker player.
I have no direct knowledge but just looking at how things are operating at Ibrox, it could be speculated that Mr B is perhaps a little to enthusiastic in regards to revenue growth, the antipodean monstrosity speaks for itself but personally I'm absolutely sick of the marketing bombardment, how many tops released since 55? 6 that I can think of, its beyond saturation. And my ST has more than doubled in price.
Needs a bit of strong management i would say, but does our current structure have that capability?
We need a ceo, not a md, somebody with gravitas, saavy and a robust pedigree. A leader not a administrator.

A lo depends on the terms of this offer which are no doubt unpalatable to the current board but superb Mr King.
GASL has zero interest in the Rolf Harris cup, this is all about punting his equity, that offer is just more gobshittery in a tawdry spat between him and the current board.
There's loads that will lap up this bullshite though, so in that respect your "superb" may be correct.
This whole charade is just so embarrassing and detrimental to the club, much, much more so than the lavy rolls and tennis balls the virtuous hand wringers are getting their wholemeal knickers in a twist about.

So how do we get answers to them? Board aren't interested, they won't answer you, they won't answer me, they won't answer Club1872, who will they answer? I'll tell you who, nobody. They must be answerable to someone.
If Club1872 aren't the vehicle for board / fan engagement what is?
Lavy roll and tennis balls

What about normal fans like me and many others who want the same answers as Club1872? Should we be ostracized as well? Exactly what SDM did to those who dared question him - set fans on us, nd we were physically and verbally abused.
The board need to address the fans concerns no matter what "banner" they come under (and I'm fully aware what Club 1872 are doing here) but the duty is with Rangers to address legitimate concerns.
Today the club look like a bunch of amateurs who have thrown their toys out the pram as someone has dared question them.
Pathetic.
I have plenty of concerns myself, the Rolf Harris Cup, Mygers, saturation marketing to name a few.
What I don't need is dave King using those concerns as ammunition to pursue his personal ambitions and vendettas

I'm guessing if we win the league tile, the Scottish Cup and the Europa League, all the problems go away, even if Sydney doesn't. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Hope you're right but suspect not, all those accolades won't heal the rift with dave King and 1872 is nothing but Kings gullible henchman.

To be fair(I know) Club1872 have tried to speak to the club but have refused to talk.
"It is a source of great regret that we are having to raise these matters publicly – having always attempted to engage privately and constructively with the club – but the current custodians of Rangers Football Club have refused to speak with us privately despite repeated attempts to do so."
1872 have had no dialogue with the club since they independently contacted castore in a failed attempt get sensitive and confidential contractual information relating to previous contacts.
Did the members ask for this info? Or was it for the benefit of somebody else?
Their membership is dwindling and they are working exclusively for a disgruntled ex chairman. They lost respect and trust and deserve to be ostracised

utterly clueless from the board. At best Murray like tactics of deflection but deeply disconnected from the majority of fans.
About as bad as it gets.
Are you saying that the board are incorrect to see DKs hand in this? The exile who tried to get Graham Park ousted not so long ago.
Our current board are not perfect but to compare them to DM is ludicrous.
Imo this board have the best interest of the club very much at heart. Their mistake has been to pursue financial stability with too much haste, Bisgrove has been allowed to take the marketing and retail beyond realistic goals and is now alienating the fans, saturation point has been exceeded and this needs action. The Australian circus is a disaster and the blame lies solely with the board.
But they have done nothing that cannot be fixed.
For me , I really don't want a pipsqueak failed fans collective shit stirring at the behest of a disgruntled former chairman who is pissed off because nobody wants to buy his equity, when we need to concentrate on retaining our title.

I'd speculate that this latest attempt at rabble rousing to undermine the club originated in the southern hemisphere

Keep getting told our owners, board and executives are Rangers men.
That gave me comfort and assurance.
This today has demonstrated I was sadly mistaken. If nobody could foresee the obvious backlash they are too far removed and out of touch with the support to be considered such.
Disgusting decision, shame on them.

With about 90% of the population vaccinated, that’s hardly a statistical surprise
That was my point, therefore one must wonder why the scotch assembly promotes and legislates with so much emphasis on the public health benefits of the covid passports.

There is one massive positive we can take from this omicron outbreak and the snatzi crowd restrictions. We now know beyond any doubt that it is predominantly the vaccinated that spread the virus and not the unjabbed minority. I look forward to the resumption of football without having to display proof of my medical status to gain entry to Ibrox.
The myth that the vaccination significantly reduces transmissability (is that a word?) has surely now been exposed, why restrict entry to 500 in a 50.000 capacity outdoor venue that only allows double jabbed admission?

New Blue Sky Lounge At Ibrox
in Rangers Chat
Posted
Not sure how you get that figure, the new lounge is a refurb of an existing hospitality area.
To calculate additional revenue we would need to take that into account.
They have probably increased the capacity and price of the govan top deck and by removing the table service have reduced opex
But I can't see where 2M benefit comes from
