Conversely, I think if it wasn’t for the offensive anti-British stuff coming from Ireland I don’t think anyone here would give a crap about the Irish or their country.
Well I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and I’ve yet to experience any anti-British stuff.

Campbell sounded like an exciting signing for sure, not easy to pick up young strikers with potential for a food price.
But I really feel like we have a squad capable of going all the way if we don't get serious injuries. We don't have the depth that Celtic do, but I think we have a first team squad to match or better them this season. Have to hand it to Gerrard, what a brilliant job he has done so far.

Huh? You're going to have to explain your logic to me.

I am yet to meet a person in Ireland who gives a crap about either Celtic or Rangers. Honestly, some of the anti-Irish stuff is very offensive.

Defoe is definitely no where near as effective as Morelos on current form.

Phew, glad that's over. Hoping for an improvement next game!

Commentators keep going on about St Mirren players having to leave the pitch after treatment, but I'm pretty sure that rule doesn't count for head knocks.

Was hoping we'd come back from the break really fired up but we seem almost like we lack ideas at the moment. Delighted we are winning but I hope we see an upturn in our performances soon.

I think I may have lost my VPN when I tried to pay for it, so I've lost £7.99 ?
You lost your VPN? Download and install Opera browser, go to advanced settings and turn on VPN, in the address bar at the top select the continent you want to use, load rangerstv.

Yes unlimited subscription and you need to use a VPN
No, you can just buy the match but I think you might need a vpn at the buy screen.

Argh! I watched 30 mins of dross only to get up to grab the baby monitor, and I missed the goal ?

They did say there would be one, they didn't say it would be Monday or Tuesday. I'm just saying that presumably the reason they didn't put out a full statement is because it is worthwhile having the discussion with the SFA first, or at least investigating our options. I'm not sure what more they can say before doing that.

I don't think there is much point in another statement until they've spoken with the SFA. I guess we will find out more once that has happened.

Rangers were probably fortunate to take the lead just before the break, when Scott Arfield prodded home following a disputed corner.
They needed a penalty to end Stranraer's hopes when Jermain Defoe was tripped then scored it himself.
The visitors will take confidence from their stuffy performance, while Rangers will just be happy to progress.
Possession: Rangers 41% - Stranraer 59%

For me each player in our squad offers something - apart from Barker. Is he lacking confidence? Is he just poor? I get the feeling that if you put him in front of an open net with no opposition players he'd still manage to dribble around the wrong side of the goal post.

That's a horrendous tackle, how is it just a yellow?

Apparently Kent and Morelos are named but shouldn't be applicable for a footballing punishment. It's absolutely ridiculous

It's not clear to me whether the last two charges on that page relate to the players or the staff, it could be both.

I can understand Beale being cited, but Kent and Morelos??? That is shameful.

I think the club can't win, it's not a great look banning several media organisations.
What we do as a support is much more important. Just stop reading them and they become irrelevant.

This sort of stuff is stoked by Sutton and the like. I really don't have any respect for organisations that publish their inflammatory nonsense, it's really unhelpful for our game. Some of the stuff I read in reply to these people, one Celtic fan literally claimed Morelos was threatening to murder the Celtic support...

You have to give them credit, they really know how to stir up a situation in their favour. Hopefully this one backfires on them.

I'm talking about the several
posts before I posted. Perhaps I read them incorrectly, but I don't think I did.
Anti-Irish, anti-catholic, these things are unfortunately associated with some of our support. I mean there's even a sarcastic response to my post that I'm apparently feeling sympathetic for a stereotypical representation of Irish people that some people love to talk about.
