The financial damage has been over the last 2 years by those share blocks who are pulling the strings. Faces might have changed but the puppeteers haven't.

Putting the Club is on a sound financial footing and playing in the top league and in Europe SHOULD be in the interests of all shareholders, ST holders and so called ordinary fans alike. Perhaps it's time for a shareholders association. That certainly would be more wothwhile in my opinion than Ibrox 1972/UoF/SoS. The directors are much more likely to listen to shareholders I would suggest; indeed it is obvious that they do that already; but small shareholders are not being heard.

don't you think it's not just a question of the board "listening" to shareholders. It looks to me like the board are controlled by share blocks. Namely Laxey, Blue pitch and Margarita. I was wondering what other blocks could outvote them....anyone know ?

I think it needs to be stated that the players you mention were with us before MP opened. It also needs to be emphasized that the players we require need to be capable of getting us to where we want to be i.e. Scottish champions and beyond Christmas in Europe every year. The danger of MP, as I see it, is it produces Partick Thistle-standard or Morton-standard players who'd be of little use to us and be a drain on resources.

However I would agree with you we'd need a change of manager before we'd even begin to see young players breaking thro' into the first team

I reckon he's a board plant on there. As far as I can see there's about 6 or 7 of them (some with impossibly high post counts) who ridicule and bully anyone who dissents from the board line. I can only conclude that site is bought and paid for by those controlling the board. They do have previous of course with Imran Ahmed given free rein in the past. He's probably still on there with a different user name.
