  1. would a news editor have the power to commission columnists ?

I reckon they made her news editor because it was obvious she was a shite writer and no one was reading what she wrote

I see BBC have been giving her gigs as well but she's been pish on those too.

what's the connection between BBC and the Herald ?.........you think of Speirs going down the same road before her

Completely agree.  The wide forward should be squeezing the space down thQuotee touchline, though not all the way back to RB - but the player who should actually be covering for the FB is the wide central midfielder - he is the one that has the shortest distance to travel and also should have cover in CM as his fellow CM's push over to narrow from left to right.

so times that boy was free on his left wing with no one covering wasn't Tav's fault....someone else should have been there to cover....am I getting this right ?....he was right through a couple of times

  3. when we used the early ball we cut them open, but for a lot of the time we tried to warburton through them giving them time organise defensively. We missed sitters...Windass the main culprit but Morelas missed a couple and Goldsen missed a header at the post. There was a reluctance to shoot, players electing to pass the ball even inside the box. How many times was a shot on, only for the player to take more touches and be closed down

  4. we went down after a game at Hampden....must have been against QP

we were able to stand on the terrace, shout sectarian abuse at a non existent ref, and throw beer cans onto the pitch. Took me back...just like the old days

ps we took the empty cans away with us because we're environmentally responsible ex hippies

  5. I think this priest is telling the truth. I also think that those responsible were not part of the parade (unless you count onlookers/audience as being part)  I think the OO has been set back in their bid to make the parades family folk festivals...which they have always been (although I do remember packages of shite being thrown from tenement windows)

we went "to see the bands" when there were only 2 channels on the telly that shut down in the afternoons.

same reason we went to the first Sunday in May Labour day parades....."to see the bands"....it was as simple as that
