Really? If you discuss Rangers in North America, people will assume New York or Texas, we'd be way done the list.
I was always brought up with us being Glasgow Rangers.
Then they'd be wrong and it's irrelevant how you were brought up; the name of the club is a matter of fact.

I think it is Glasgow Rangers as there are 'Rangers' team all over the world.
There's only one Rangers, all the others have to qualify which Rangers they are. It's not a matter of opinion in any case, it's a matter of fact.

He is one of the worst in that situation. ?

Or 4 goals, if they score 1. Or 5, if they score 2.
?
Or we beat them 3-1 and then win the shoot-out. ?

You might be advised to stop looking for the next Barry Ferguson. I'm pretty sure that European football has some rules that make it desirable to fill the squad with academy graduates.
It's likely Gilmour would also have made the grade had he stayed.

Do you mean the 20th century = 1900-1999?
Or the 19th century 1872-1899?
Sorry, it was the 20th century. We played Bohemians in Dublin on Boxing Day 1910; we drew 3-3 (Goodwin, Reid, Gibson ). The next season we returned to Dublin on the 8th of April 1912 and we won 2-0 (Reid, Paterson).

A simple 'yes' would suffice. Seems like your support of Rangers is not as strong as your hatred of Celtic.

I've always thought the idea of having the Rangers 2nd team in the lower leagues would be good for the club; I think there should be provision for a couple of over age players though.

Are you saying you wouldn't support a proposal that was advantageous to Rangers if Celtic also supported the idea?

Who’s going to buy Davis ?
We should never have extended his contract.

Right lads your all up to speed on the modern formations so what way would you like to see the Rangers play next season , one up front , two up top or what would you like wingers or would you prefer just one centre half as opposed to the two that most teams favour let's hear what you would like to see .
We were pretty good tactically last season; we were the better team in every game bar the first game against Celtic and the last Hearts game. It was the inability of the players to take full advantage. If they had they would not have been able to hand them the title that gave them EAAHIAR.

Does that mean McCrorie steps up to being back-up 'keeper?
I don't understand why we let Wes go. I can't see us getting a stand-in as good as him...unless he didn't want to stay as a 2nd string keeper that is.

BT Sport and Sky (and their continental equivalents) will want to stay 'onside' with the bigger leagues and clubs and aim to help them as much as they can, expecting something back in return in the future, but they'll have some serious scheduling issues. With no football (or rugby, cricket etc) their channels will be forced to show reruns and while that will draw an audience it will be less than normal. I suspect subscription numbers will remain steady...
Coincidentally I have been thinking about dropping my TV subscription and subscribing to an IPTV service. Will probably continue with the former but the latter is pretty pointless now.

Coefficient points are awarded for games played already. I don’t see how they can or should be ‘unawarded’.
Leagues are to be determined by games played in the future and won or lost when the season fixtures are complete. The only way celtic could be awarded the league is if they have already secured it which they haven’t and if exceptional rules are agreed by participants.
If celtic were awarded it whilst not mathematically secured what happens with teams packed together in the relegation zone? You couldn’t just relegate the team at the bottom when the music stopped playing.
A football season is something with a beginning, middle and end over 9 odd months. Some teams do better at the beginning some in the middle and some at the end and must be given a chance to complete fixtures and amass as many points as possible. We could win our game in hand and beat celtic twice with 4 points remaining difference between the teams and 6 games unaccounted for in that calculation.
If it can’t be completed with no clear winner obvious it must get binned. Sporting integrity and all that.
My fear is that they will ultimately scrap the whole season.

That's what UEFA will be trying to work out at the moment before they concede that this year's competitions are over. Equally, now that the game this weekend is postponed, I suspect the league is now over this season. It'll now be interesting to see what they do about awarding the leagues to Liverpool and Celtic.
I don't see how they can award trophies for some competitions and not others. Is it even in UEFA's power to decide domestic issues?

This is a point actually. If they scrap the whole years ties this could come back to be a concern..
Fwiw, i think if leagues a mathematically won they they should get the trophy. Otherwsise its games a bogey and start again.
Poor dundee united eh.
Very rare for a league to be won mathematically (is there any other way ? ) at this stage of the season. Poor Hearts too.
I have a solution to the problem though. Input all results from 2019-20 into Football Manager and let the game decide. They could stream the games live and we could all watch and continue to discuss The Rangers on the forums. ?

He was our best midfielder tonight and I couldn't understand why he was hooked instead of Davis or Arfield...
Davis never gets hooked, although he should have been on several occasions this season, it's always Kamara or Aribo.

I went for Kamberi. His introduction changed the game to the point that I thought we might scrape a draw.

I hope we keep our great co-efficient score and records from this years Europa Cup.

That depends on who you're comparing up with and your definition of 'big'. We currently compare poorly with Celtic who have 3 or 4 first team regulars who came through their youths. Teams like Motherwell, Hamilton, Hearts and Aberdeen have a higher success rate, albeit there is less pressure and expectation on players there. Our spell in the lower leagues was a chance to build something but our ownership at the time wasn't good and the opportunity was wasted, it seems like we've started again in the last couple of years so we'll see what the next couple of years brings.
I didn't mean just in Scotland but in general. I know the smaller clubs in Scotland have more youths coming through, although I don't know if I'd call it a success rate; it's more a necessity.

Wouldn’t read too much into this, but good luck to Leon
It would be interesting to see how we compare with other big teams.

We played Inter behind closed doors; must be strange for the players.

It should be noted we’ve only conceded 19 goals in the league this season - same as the yahoos- although they’ve played a game more.
That's a very good point. There's been a lot of talk about our system of playing but, barring the last Hearts game where we were second best and maybe the first game against Celtic , we should have won all of the domestic games based on the amount of possession, chances and openings we have created. The players have just not done the business where it matters; our finishing has been poor and our crossing /final ball have been well below par.

Well done. That's the sort of dogged stupidity that ensures the SNP free rein to undermine everything decent about this country.
Where as slavishly collaborating with people who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire is really the way to go. I support Labour BTW (although since Brexit I am no longer a unionist).
People should keep their politics out of this forum but I'm not going to ignore it if people keep posting political shit here.
