Those 2 things should make you qualify. Having Scottish parents and living there definatly makes you Scottish. Look at Andy Goram! For me this George Boyd playing with 1 grandparent yet he hasnt been in the country before is a nonsense! That takes away the hope for some genuine scottish players. This guy boyd is about as Scottish as a Taco yet he can represent us. International football will turn into club football soon and I can see a 3 foreigner rule within 10 years! The foreigner rule will be for the likes of people who have great grandparents! Its the way of the world due to this agenda of Globalization.
