Not good enough for the EPL any more but we've seen many decent old players come to the SPL and walk it.

 

If he's fit enough, he's the type of player we should have looked at.

Ive no fear for this signing at all.

 

Ljungberg was quality for Arsenal in a top notch side but was finished when he was 29/30. He went to West Ham and I watched nearly all the games he played and he was a fraction of what he was at Arsenal.

 

He isnt a play maker and will rely on their other dumplings setting him up playing 1 touch fast stuff which Celtic cant do.

I've no concern over oor Freddie,one player doesn't make a team and he's certainly not better than Keanoooooooooooooooo!!!! and we all know how that ended. I think the BHEASTS will be more worried about us as we are the best team in the SPL without doubt. BRING IT ON

I remember when they signed Juninho. He was non existent but I also remember when they signed Lubo Moravcik. Everyone thought he'd be a failure but he was arguably there best players over the course of 2 or 3 seasons.

 

Only time will tell whether this is a good or bad signing for them.

They've probably only signed him to get more bums on seats at the tattiedome and to sell a load of shirts. The window-licking tims are gonna look braw wae all their new Ljungberg and Hoo Flung Dung shirts..
