Why the f*** do we keep publicising these interests on the official site?

 

Keep it quiet until a deal's done!

 

We seem to be breaking one of the unwritten rules by officially announcing interest in players before even making an offer to buy the player. If that's the case, then it's certainly not the done thing. If we haven't made an offer, then it's disrespectful to the other club to officially announce our interest.

How do you know an offer hasnt been made ? Not suggesting it has, just curious as to how you appear to be so confident

It's just the impression I've been getting from our dealings and the eagerness to let us know about players we're interested in. The article doesn't say we've made a bid, but if we HAD made a bid, I think it would have been mentioned. Could be wrong though... :boogie:

Can't say I'm thrilled by this one.

 

Andrew Disckosn has retweeted from someone in Australia who seems to be a Tim. Apparently we have "won a watch as he is a great player". We dont necessarily need players who have had a great career - Dado Prso would be testament to that.

 

Diamonds CAN be found.

Can't say I'm thrilled by this one.

 

That was my initial reaction too, but after reading more about him I'm not so sure now. I'll watch him in the game against Wales in Cardiff on Wednesday night.

The guy isnt in the know, obviously. He is basically saying "you have won a watch IF you sign him"
