Bluedell 5,354 Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Bluedell , C W has publicly stated that he cannot deal with HMRC , also it is in the takeover circular that MIH is dealing directly with HMRC , thats why they are paying the QC CW said that HMRC wouldn't negotiate due to recent high profile cases where HMRC have been criticised. Did he also say that He can't deal with HMRC? When did he say it? Do you have a link? Sorry for the questions but I've only heard RTC saying that we can't deal with HMRC directly and I'm a bit sceptical. Where in the takeover circular does it say that MIH is dealing with HMRC?[/QUOTE] That may have been a mistake on my part , it was a circular that was sent round several of the newspapers by MIH , when SDM was getting pelters , it clearly stated that Andrew Thornhill QC was being retained by the MIH group and that they alone had the authority to deal with HMRC , and that as part of the takeover CW had agreed to this caveat . 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
