I do assume that any CVA will be done with Whyte no longer at the club, since his shares will already have been given to the new owner(s). For some reason I do believe that he will be easier to deal with than what most people will expect. The trouble is that is word is completely unreliable. On the one hand he makes declarations of innocence, and on the other he admits guilt. On one day he denies something ever happened, and the next day he is proved wrong and is forced to admit he lied. CW is trying desperately to mount a charm offensive by saying things like "I wont be difficult to deal with" along with other vague platitudes.
