Kaunas, then Unirea, then Malmo, Malmo then Maribor. No mate, not everyone learns. - Attitude and complacency.

Kilmarnock then St Mirren. No lessons learned. - Attitude

Struggles against Partick and QOS then Falkirk, No lessons learned. - Complacency and attitude.

McCulloch in midfield then McCulloch in midfield again, and again. Finally with him up front, A lesson learned. :) - Forced upon the manager.

Bartley at right back, and again, and again. No lesson learned. - Poor tactical choice.

Could probably go on and on.......doesnt seem to me like lessons are learned by the coaching team or the players.

So after his first season in charge he doesn't/can't learn and he is a failure as a manager?

Who mentioned the word failure? Only you.

Clearly not learned though, no.

Its not just about one man though.

Look mate,I'm not even going to bother discussing Ally as a manager,so I'll just finish on saying I'm willing to give him my backing and support for this season

Getting back on topic then.....

The administrator only needs to send the CVA proposal to every creditor.

Any member of the company (Rangers employee) can apply in writing to obtain a copy.

After the creditors meeting (which could be up to 2+ weeks from now) the administrator needs to report the creditors decision to the court and Companies House.

I should add that anything that needs done at a creditorsâ?? meeting can be done by correspondence (letter, email etc) between the administrator and creditors, so I don't think they necessarily need to hold a creditors meeting!

so we wait and see if its out.

I tend to think it isn't or d&p would have said so.

D&P are in the huff and running to the toilet every 5 mins with the skitters.

We'll find out soon enough whether it's been sent out or not.

so did they go out.

I don't know, but I doubt it very much since haud it and daud it were apparently over at Duff & Phelps HQ in New York with Grier trying to figure out their strategy for wriggling out of their sticky conflict of interest situation.

I'm not sure, but if they can manage to put out other statements today, then you'd think they would have put one out regarding the CVA proposal being sent out .... if it had actually been sent out. Maybe we'll hear something tomorrow... or Monday.
