OK, we all know not to believe the media but in this case I think their information is correct and their questions valid. I heard about a fans meeting with Green scheduled for yesterday but not sure if it took place. We can only hope they put the guy under a bit more pressure and got some genuine comfort from this prospective new owner. It looks as if most people are pointing towards the CVA proposal failing and a renewed effort from other bidders (despite what D&P said in the Scotsman) to either take over/amend the CVA or compete with Green to buy the newco assets. D&P claimed that they had been advised not to do a BBC interview by their lawyers due to the October court case against RFCG and Collyer Bristow. Administration is meant to be a quiet private process generally, they've probably given more through the media than they should have.
