It's just the first section of the sentence which is causing people to wonder and raise eyebrows - "My shares will form part of the consortium's shareholding" That statement from Whyte can be interpreted in different ways because it could mean that he'll be retaining a percentage of shares for himself which will "form part of the consortium's shareholding", but it could also mean that ALL of Whyte's shares in the club will be added to some shares already owned by members of the consortium. Obviously it could also be that Whyte is just talking shite again or it's a misquote. We simply don't know.
