Or maybe he said it under instruction from his lawyer to make sure Green has no quotes to use in court that may suggest that the newco is the same as the old.

Even if that was true which I doubt, he should value the fans much more than a potential small legal wrangle.

No it doesn't, but he's not going to give up without a fight, all the way, and if SN has been well advised he'll have been primed to avoid any hassles.

Well you can't rule anything out in theory but I think people looking for bigger plans and reasons are clutching at straws to say the least.

I doubt a judge is going to be swayed by what's said at a press con.

 

Wanna bet? Remember Lord Calloway? Or - despite not being a judge - how about his learned Counsel Gary Allan QC?

During the judicial panel and the subsequent appeal, was there an fully evidenced based case examined or was it just on the whim of what was flying out there?

 

Why was there no suggestion of criminal impropriety in the case from Lord Calloway or Gary Allan?

 

I remember Regan's quote regarding ""different legal brains have different interpretations." I 'd like him to throw that one at the Crown Office.
