Just out of interest ... if that court chasing Whyte et al for fraud find him guilty and the SFA also guilty of negligence (for they possibly knew about the imposter), will Rangers FC be in a position to ask for compensation?

 

Anyone knows* someone from Anyonymous or wikileaks, someone who can hack and present the data between Celtic and the SFA to the world?

No because the SFA want to the newco to forego any legal recourse.

This is what I say. If the SFA sends similar stuff to all member clubs, fine. If they only want this from us, it would be the same as Lafferty's Law. You wonder whether some of this is fulfilling the case of coercion.
