No, what Terry's saying is he believed Ferdinand accused him of calling him a black c**t, and he repeated it exasperated and sarcastically.

Thanks for clarifying, should have paid more attention! A report I read online earlier didn't put the quote in context at all so I guess I read here what I thought I'd read earlier.
