Standing up for Rangers

Recommended Posts

Clearly convinced top class businessmen like Mike Ashley to get involved, love to know what he'll gain from the club getting wrecked.

first of all has Ashley invested? if so is it his money?

the idea isn't that they will wreck us. just act in their own interests to hamper us.

as one example by retaining the stadium and renting it to the football club. or even just paying a dividend.

at one point they were openly admitting they were to be repaid their investement with interest.

we are on course for 35k season books in sfl3. the notion they need to take us back to the top just to turn a profit is a bit hopeful.

Not really, think of a healthy Rangers in the SPL and Europe debt free.

The shares will be worth millions.

and who's going to buy them. sdm couldn't sell despite trying for years. long before ebt's etc.

we will see how they make their profit in the fullness of time right now all we know is they are determined to make a big one.

Murray couldn't sell when he started trying to because of the bank debt, the tax case made matters worse but nobody was willing to pay off Lloyds either until Whyte came along (obviously we know the means by which he did but you get the picture).
