***2012-13 Barclays Premier League***

Liverpool by far the better side yet lost again. If Rodgers can get 2 or 3 quality players in then his style of play will put Liverpool back in the top 6.

Vintage Man Utd, play poor in a few games yet still get near the top.

Arsenal were outstanding in the first half against Man City yet showed they are still not the finished article in defence by allowing Lescott a free header. That game was there for the taken. Gervinho should spend the whole week doing first touch and shooting practice, he'd have had 2 goals if he did those two things.

Arteta, Diaby and Carzorla are brilliant together. With Wilshire back in training and Ox, Walcott, Ramsay, Rosicky and Arshavin as other options this Arsenal team will be title contenders if they stay injury free.

Arsenal v Chelsea in the early kick off, could be a belter. If Arsenal drew at Man Citeh then they can beat Chelsea especially the way they are playing.

Chelsea have some cracking individuals but dont quite seem a unit yet. They have also a kind fixture list in the first few games. Plus with no Drogba that could be the difference, Chelsea only seemed to beat Arsenal with him in the team. But the big emirates pitch and the new style could be good for Chelsea with Oscar, Hazard and Mata in the team.

Arsenal 2-1 Chelsea.

Arsenal fuck up at the back again. This zonal marking might be fooling some people but its a blatent bombscare. 2 goals gifted to Chelsea today. They would never have scored in open play if they didnt do this. Dropping Mertesacker for Koscielny was a boob and cost them the game.

After Diaby went off there was problems in midfield and Ramsay is out of his depth there.

There lies the obvious problems for Wenger.

Hope they go down. Can't stand their manager, nothing is ever his fault. When he was tapped up for the celtc job before Lennon got it, I thought he would have fitted in perfectly with them.

Plus they're a wee team. The English top league needs all the big guns up there. Sheffield clubs and the like.

Wednesday are doing poorly in the Championship, Utd are toiling to try and get up from League 1. Can't see it anytime soon!

QPR dont look like a team at all, seems there is either bit of back ground interferring going on or the players get to do what they want.

Leeds, Forest and Sheff Wed all big sides in the championship id rather see in the Premier League than the likes of Wigan.

Sheff Wed will come good, Dave Jones is a good manager, he got them up last season and will probably need 1 season to stabilise. But they are a big side.
