There is nothing impartial in here, it is driven by we-know-who, predetermined and the rest is a beyond joke. This is an SPL inquiry and we do not have a SPL license/share/whatever. All that has been done was done in the past. The SFAand SPL knew what happened and issued licence after licence. If anything they could be held as accountable as anyone involved - and from the very first day of any EBT use. As has been said, any decent lawyer can rip this whole thing up.
