Gribz 743 Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Ally just doesnt seem to know how to gel and mix new players in and improve them. Its an area where he has never had experience. As Scotland assistant he was used to the squad available and as assistant to Walter his job would have been to make the new guys feel at home. I'm sure CG will not allow Ally to sign anyone if he's not convinced he's the manager he wants for next season.
