To trash out the details to make Whyte think he gets Rangers back while Green actually tried to get his shares? But that is the same old Sevco 5088 debate that according to the facts we have black on white is irrelevant after the CVA failed. All the rest is assumption or conjecture, unless proven otherwise. Not guilty until proven.

In any case, you two should take a break from one another.

The one thing that worries me about this is that everyone seems to think that Whyte all of a sudden is an idiot waiting to be had by Green. Was Whyte that gullible? Maybe just maybe Whyte was smarter than Green or both were smarter than anyone.

no one seems able to tell me how you get the shares but still shaft him.

i mean i know the answer. they ad no intentions of shafting him so would have got the shares but if people want to believe they were going to shaft him someone should be able to come up with how.

heres the rub. charles freely admitts he was talking about sevco5088(you are sevco thats what we are saying here).

we know for a fact that d@p agreed to sell us in a binding agreement to sevco 5088.

so unless whyte was reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly dumb he will be able to prove he was sevc 5088 and that d@p agreed to sell us to sevco 5088.

that leaves us hoping only d@p and green suffer for that.
