Board made aware of more links between Green and Whyte

Thanks to you both. You have unmuddied some waters for me.

Just to clear them a little more.

If you look at the charges against the Worthington Group plc you'd notice a debenture created on 28/01/2013 and registered on 1/02/2013 in favour of a company called Renatus Capital Limited which gives it a "Fixed and Floating Charge Over The Undertaking and All Property and Assets Present and Future, Including Goodwill, Bookdebts, Uncalled Capital, Buildings, Fixtures, Fixed Plant & Machinery".

Renatus Capital Ltd was incorporated on 11/10/2012 there are no shareholders and it's sole listed director is a Miss Sherri Louise Ellison.

It's registered address is the all too familiar

48 Skylines Village

Limeharbour

London

E14 9TS

United Kingdom

If you check out the directorship history of Miss Sherri Louise Ellison you'll see she has many directorships in common with both Craig Whyte and the Earley brothers.

Worthington Group plc is now structured in such a way that when it inevitably goes into liquidation Whyte and Earley get first dibs on everything. Worthing Group plc purchasing the "rights" to the Craig Whyte story last week only hastens it's demise.
