The likes of McCulloch would have had very limited interest and would have struggled to get half their wage elsewhere.

Apologies, I thought you had previously said emails in one of your posts. Anyway it still doesn't look like the Club did enough to comply with the regulations around one of the few 'solid' European legislations i.e. TUPE.

Neither was I really until recently. I never fully trusted him, was pretty ambivalent. All the stuff with whyte just shows he was another chancer.
