Les Reed is the perfect example of knowing the theory but not having a clue how to put it into practice. He looked out of place at charlton and im glad he is gone. All the best to Pardew, he is a likeable chap and did well with the Hammers. I just hope he doesnt come back and haunt us and put us down.
