I've been appalled by some of the stuff that's gone on in the Twitterverse lately. A picture of a young Dundee Utd fan holding an Ibrox seat did the rounds on Saturday afternoon and what started off as a kind of "tut-tut" criticism quickly turned to the most horrendous abuse and threats of violence imaginable.

 

The kid was about 15......
