I can't use that link......there's all sorts of questions like POP3 or something that's not HTTP and I've not got a clue about setting up windows mail

This is the email I would have sent you if I could

I'm logged in all the time on the computer I'm using at the moment. When I try to log in elsewhere it says my password is wrong. When I try to contact you I have to answer a random question...who is Rangers manager ....seems it's not Ally because it says my answer is incorrect.

Also I can't see any option to PM anyone when I click on a name and and can't see a way to leave messages on other members' profile pages

Can you retrieve my password and send it to me.....

Thanks

If you want I can reset your password and email you with a new password (which you should then change to your own new password in your forum UserCP/settings).

BUT(!!!) before I do it, you need to make sure that the email address which is registered in your forum account is correct and up to date otherwise I would have no way to contact you after resetting your password.

Thanks for the help

what's forum UserCP/settings ?....can't see it

UserCP is your User Control Panel which is the same as user 'Settings'.

Assuming you're on a computer and not a mobile device, then the Settings button should be at the top of the forum page. On your screen it's at the right hand side next to the 'Log Out' button.

When you go into your forum user Settings you should see a list/menu of options at the left, one of which is titled 'Edit Email & Password'.

If you have any problems, just let me know.
