Milos Milovic - training with us

Van der Vaart will become a freebie this summer (and some MLS sides looking on), but despite him being at the club since 2012, the HSV has continuously struggled against relegation and he wasn't in his best form regularly either. He'd sure be of a different technical dimension, yet, at 32 not exactly the type of player we want to see in a Rangers shirt.

Van der Vaart would stroll the MLS never mind Scottish football.

Apart from playing the jester's role, I reckon you sure watch German football every other Saturday too, right? Sell on value minimal. Form very erratic and in and out of the side too. But why not throw in a name for the sake of the debate? When half the board cries out for young and talented players who can bring us long term success, preferably from our own academy?

No doubt about that, if he's fit and willing. We've seen enough 30plus year folk doing it for the club. But if such a player wants to come, he would have to look for a fresh challenge et al, and I doubt that a van der Vaart would be looking at that or indeed is the type of character willing to come.
