Nothing personal and no offence to the guy because he's very likeable, but he just isn't an ambitious enough appointment for where the Club needs to be going even just in the short to medium term never mind the long term. TBH, I think the job is already looking like it's taking it's toll on McCall. When he first came in and took over from Kenny and the magic clipboard he really oozed with confidence and positivity, but watching his pre-match presser the other day he seemed like a different man.
