ian1964 10,447 Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 POLICE are hunting a group of Rangers supporters who allegedly sang "religiously offensive" songs on a train. The fans were travelling between Lancaster and Glasgow ahead of their team's 4-0 win over Alloa on Saturday. Passengers on the 9am service from Manchester Airport to Glasgow Central complained to police. Detectives said they are looking for a group of around 20 men who boarded the train at Lancaster at around 10.15am. Constable Gordon Anderson, the officer in charge of the inquiry, has appealed for anyone who was on the train and witnessed the behaviour of to contact police. No doubt they'll ask for help from PS but whatever force cover the Lancaster area will do all the enquiry work.
