The report is to be presented to the SFA by July31.

That rules out hibz being chucked out the EL as the qualifiers will have begun by then. Not getting into the EL should have been the first punishment administered IMO.

This report will be a whitewash.

Surely the remit will be to summarise events and give findings not to deal with discipline this should be done immediately by compliance officer,sorry forgetting that it might be them that are in danger of being denied EL entry and not us or it would already have been done.
