Guess what is most popular over on ET these days ...

Recommended Posts

While reading an article retransfer rumours at the ET's website, I noted the "most popular" ones on the left. Second best was ...

"2 Cheeky Celtic fans trick Rangers supporters with cruel Facebook Robin Van Persie joke"

... yes, probably very funny, but I didn't click.

Top of the lot still or again is ...

"1 140 years of Rangers liquidated ... after just 8 minutes of meeting "

... yep, that is Darrell King's article of 8 Jan 2015

Given how it starts, no wonder that the slavering hordes can't stop clicking it:

RANGERS were today finally liquidated - inside just eight minutes.

The CVA proposal tabled to rescue the stricken football club has been formally rejected by creditors at a quickfire 10am meeting at Ibrox Stadium.

The Glasgow club will now be reformed as a 'newco' inside the next 24 hours and that will be called The Rangers Football Club.

... Mr. King did a "fine" job back then and such articles will haunt us for years to come, as hardly any journalist will deem it worthwhile to look much farther that the "most popular" stuff coming out of google etc.. There were lots and more clear articles after that, not least by Mr. King, but still ...

A cup final win would have gone a long way to shut some of the trolls up, as it would - like a league title - have been added to our grand total. Maybe we can start it off with the League Cup this year!

The Online Editor at both the Herald and Evening Times is Stacey Mullen.

She was outed on another forum a decade past. Her moniker in those days was, 'Showbiz Stacey'. Her social media means were outed, lots of Sellik, IRA, H term content. She complained she could no longer walk down Byers Road, the abuser became the abused. Further, Stacey and Jane Hamilton are big buddies, photos on Hamilton's social media showed both of them in attendance at many a game at ra Stydome. Angela Haggerty was in there too.

Stacey continues to hate.

It's a classic example of obsession bordering on mental disturbance which is all the more bizarre when you realise that on their own forums they claim to be entirely uninterested in Rangers in fact they claim the opposite is the case.

That it's Rangers fans who are obsessed with them and all that while these ludicrous antics swamp newspaper articles and THEY post more comments on Rangers articles than Rangers fans do.

And in fact THEY post more comments on RANGERS articles than ANYONE does on sellick articles. You couldn't make this shit up and be taken seriously and one of the reasons I want to see Rangers hit the top early in the league then consolidate it with a whipping of them in their sty is to watch any remaining shred of sanity crumble before our eyes.

Without a shadow of a doubt we CAN take them and deep down they know that which is one of the reasons the obsession has reached new levels of late.

Even the known bigot Sutton grudgingly included 4 of our players in a best 11 and that 4 were forced from him simply because he is just slightly smarter than Joe Miller and knows he would he would look like a complete idiot too if he didn't include at least some of ours who are clearly superior to anything they have in the same area.

And aside from the fact that even though he is forced to admit that we have better players than they do in key areas that doesn't begin to describe the reality that though they may have a few better individuals there is no way these individuals automatically make for a better team.

We have a better team than they do and we play far better football than they do. We only need to play to our potential and we can take them and anyone else in that league any day of the week and that's even before more potential signings which the manager keeps insisting would be an improvement in quality not simply an increase in numbers.

From their team I would take Gordon and Griffiths. Aside from that absolutely nothing else jumps out to catch the eye.
