Resolution 12: Scum FC AGM

Recommended Posts

Yes that old chestnut. It wouldn't be a Celtic AGM without some sort of mention of the the SFA's decision to grant Rangers a Euro licence back in 2011 just prior to the height of the Ibrox side’s financial meltdown.

Lawwell said Celtic have been at forefront of chasing the resolution. But shareholders made their displeasure at the lack of progress clear from the floor.

The Hoops chief reiterated how he chased answers from former SFA chief executive Stewart Regan in an open correspondence. Earlier this year the SFA charged Rangers after a probe by compliance officer Tony McGlennan. He has since stood down. Rangers refused to accept the notice of complaint and argued the case must be dealt with by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Lawwell today confirmed the SFA had initiated proceedings against the Ibrox club but refused to divulge any more details.

Sounds like Liewell has inside information. First thing that comes to mind is what committee was he a member of that released this information to him.
Was he a member of any committee which decided to initiate proceedings against Rangers? Did he recuse himself from any decision making discussions?
Why would his club push so hard to injure a fellow Association club?
Maybe it's time DK took the restraints off commenting on their, CFC, club's association with CBC and their paedo activities. This no longer qualifies for a dignified silence. These guys, CFC, are out to destroy Rangers.
Maybe if they had to deal with the pressure of dealing with and recognizing real human tragedy, of their own making, they wouldn't have time for this Res. 12 nonsense.
