Tannochsidebear 2,306 Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 Seems mostly fair enough, a bit harsh on Arfield who i thought was back to his best last night and work tirelessly at the pressing and closing down, stole the ball a few times from them and got up to assist Morelos far more often than Ojo did who was playing the same position on the other flank. I also thought Jack was blowing out his backside with 20 mins to go and that Davis was far more influential on the game than Jack and would have had them round the other way, but the two you gave the least to in Tav & Goldson was correct as both had poorer games than the rest. As 2 of the back 4, in a tough European game and against very good opponents, a clean sheet would normally cut defenders some slack, but not at our club!
