SPFL clubs asked to consider expansion to 48 member clubs

There are certainly far too many clubs in Scotland. The smaller ones should merge. That's not going to happen, though. 

 

You can trust the SPFL to mess up anything. 

 

However, I am a Rangers fan. I want our Colts in the League structure.

If only it were solely incompetence. However they want to make an arse of it, if we get the colts in it’ll do for me.

I know - for example, I always said Brechin, Montrose, Arbroath and Forfar should have merged to become Angus Utd but about 56 fans from each town would riot. (especially Arbroath - thats a rough town).

 

But totally agree that the at least the Championship should be expanded with more teams then the lower two divisions should be regional with a generous play off system in place for promotion to give that opportunity.
