Introducing Gersnet 2022/23

After seven years and hundreds of articles, the decision was made to retire the 2015/16 version of the Gersnet main site.

Don't worry, you can still view the old site here (please update your bookmarks) and the intention is to keep the content available as long as the software is supported. Our new site is cleaner, more streamlined, works better on mobile devices and should be a lot faster. We'll retain the club information that our subscribers always enjoy (e.g. fixtures and match highlights) as well as our popular articles on a range of subjects.

We're always looking for new contributors so feel free to contact us if you'd like to get involved with any aspect of the website or podcast. And don't forget the forum which remains a popular place for fans to discuss all the latest Rangers news.

I think it looks great!

I really liked the old site design but we have to move with the times. This looks a lot better across all devices and should future proof us for another wee while.

Allowed me to build the podcast stuff in at source as well which was really useful.

I do hope the Online Museum data will be brought to the new site?

I'd like to bring over the data but I've simply not got the time to keep it updated.

There used to be an old hack for transferring content via xml but it seems to be discontinued so unless blueflag can recommend a solution, the old stuff will stay on the archive site.

I really like the new look but the Podcast Team section isn't without its challenges for the unprepared.

Is it the glabrous pates?

(That's a word I use often, by the way... )

I think it's important to maintain access to this information if at all possible.

I notice we've been spared the sight of the forum moderators .... which is a small blessing.
