I do like his honesty and for the first time in a while it at least feels like he's watching the same game as us. I definitely get the feeling he can see everything that needs to change and is wanting to do something about it. WIth Gio I was never sure how much he was trying to paint a positive picture while knowing we were in a bit of a mess, or if he was genuinely quite happy with how we were playing so long as were getting results.

If only we'd held-on today, that would have been five wins out of 5 and we'd have cut the gap. I'm still very optimistic for the future under Beale though.

His honesty is refreshing and he tells it like it is. Players fitness and confidence levels very low, certain players playing through injuries for him, knows we'll get better when we get more players back.

A long way round go but early signs are positive.
