A Scotsman made his fortune and went on a tour of America in the course of which he met a Chief of the Navajo tribe, renowned for knowing the answer to any question. The tourist asked the winner of the 1948 Scottish Cup. “Rangers, beat Morton 1-0” replied the great Chief. The Scotsman returned ten years later to try another question but first he greeted the Chief, Indian style, saying “How” and raising a hand.
