He constantly went back the way in the first half. We really suffered from having a right footed player at left back. Possibly not his fault but he wasn't particularly good in the first half, but a big improvement in the second.

I gave it to Dessers.  He never gave up in that awful first half when the service to him was abysmal.  He was very close to getting us all 3 points right at the death.  He gave everything.
