I emailed saying this

With the potential acquisition by the 49ers and their majority shareholder holding a significant 50% stake, a crucial opportunity arises to forge a unified vision for the club's future. Ideally, this new leadership can inspire the remaining 27.1% of individual shareholders to actively participate in reinvestment alongside the larger stakeholders.
Establishing a culture of shared responsibility is paramount. Every stakeholder, regardless of their share size, should understand their integral role in the club's growth and long-term success. The clear and consistent message must be that sustained commitment through reinvestment is expected from all.
For those whose primary focus is on extracting profit before the club achieves stability, they should be prepared to justify their position. If their investment priorities no longer align with the club's ambitions for sustained growth and success, perhaps a discussion about transferring their shares to entities like Club 1872 – an organization demonstrably committed to the club's best interests rather than purely profit-driven motives – would be appropriate. This would ensure that future profits, whether from player development or other ventures, are strategically reinvested in the club's long-term health rather than simply being directed to the highest bidder at the opportune moment for individual gain.

That kind of behavior reminds me of when I was younger, selling tablets and macaroons. While I made a small profit of 75p per item, I mostly ended up eating the profits myself, only making about £5 after covering the initial costs. If I had been more patient and strategic, waiting for my profits to grow and resisting the immediate urge to indulge, I could have made significantly more once I'd covered my expenses.

This is just perfect for the fans forum.

That's probably a point for the shareholders and not something the CEO could comment on.

I'd take issue with this point. Club 1872 is a busted flush. They have changed their rules to prevent anyone that they don't like being appointed. They have ceased communicating with their members. I haven't received a single email from them this year. They were shown to be acting for Dave King's best interests rather than the club's when they wanted to buy King's shares rather than put the cash into the club (and lied about being given the opportunity).

I'm not sure what cash club 1872 have available anyway as most fans seem to have pulled their payments due to the way that the organisation is being run.

Then maybe the whole structure of the 1872 needs to address its T&C’s also so there is no pulling the wool over fans like yourself who invest and get conned into something that isn't factual information. Whatever comes out of this people who are major investors need to abide by the Rangers standards in which the majority of our fans hold, Win win win and second isn't a option.

All these different organizations within the club needs to be addressed also,  as clearly it  is shown they like to blame each other for there failings. Too many indians and not enough chiefs comes to mind here, sure have all the necessary departments but the Chairman should make the final and the right decision based on the clubs direction and aim going forward in my opinion.

The problem is that there's no practical way for members to get the rules changed. It's a closed shop. A number of members (including a partner of a big 4 audit firm)  did try and get appointed and make changes but the current board fought tooth and nail to ensure that they didn't.

Nobody invested in Club 1872.

Many donated to Club 1872.

You could email and request the Fan Advisory Board/C.E.O. Fan Forum is brought to an end.

That would simplify things.
