RANGERS under-19s will take on Inverness Caley Thistle in the semi-final stage of the SFA Youth Cup after the Highland Jags made history by beating Celtic following a dramatic penalty shoot-out .

Celtic were favourites to progress from this quarter-final tie at the Tulloch Stadium but the home side produced a strong and assured performance to deny an Old Firm semi at Ibrox Stadium on Sunday, March 29.

With the game sitting goalless after 120 minutes a pulsating shoot-out followed with Celtic striking the bar with their seventh effort to spark wild celebrations on the pitch and in the stands.

Once again, it's, 'SuperCaleyGoBallisticSellikAreAttrocious'.

All in all, a tremendous weekend. Rangers move top of the SPL, the Youths go top of the Youth league, and the third consecutive youth double is fully on track as ra Sellik youths implode. IO might pick up ra Sellik View in my local supermarket this Wednesday, required reading I am sure. The Masons are in for a rough time, that unquantifiable sinister hand has interfered with the brave Bhoys, again.
