I have, but you refuse to answer as per usual. This board have taken us further from our objectives with every passing season, so they are a complete and utter failure. They have taken us to a state where we can't operate without loans despite our income rising to £95M. So it that respect they are a complete and utterly failure. The board themselves agree that without new investors the club won't move forward. I think they are a complete failure you don't, but offer no defence of evidence that they have not been a complete failure. The one "success" you claim hasn't helped us move forward, so therefore it's part of the overall failure.

Why not respond to something I posted? Admin will be after you.

So for clarity, we don't need success in Europe to move forward? It's just you made it sound soooooooo (sorry my needle was trapped in the groove, a wee dunt got it free) important
-
Complete amateurs in this department
-
I don't want to rephrase my dismissal of this unimportant question. I would just end up sounding like a vinyl disc which traps the needle in a single groove. That would be unbearable for almost everybody here.

That game last night was very enjoyable, the first time in a long, long time I have enjoyed a non Rangers game. It was almost like these guys were playing a different game to us, after what i watched at the weekend. Yamal's goal and Dumfries performance the highlights for me.
-
You were the one who claimed we can't move forward unless we are successful in Europe. I'll rephrase the quesrion ; In your opinion what parameters do we need to reach or breach in Europe to allow us to move forward?

Asking how many years is not important.
-
So why say it if it isn't important? You specifically said we must have European "success" before we can move forward. That's a significant claim, yet now its not important? So how many years of EL success would it take for us to move forward? 1, 2, 5, 10?
-
I just ignored that question because I don't think it is important enough to answer.
-
It could be argued that despite our EL "success" that we're further away from reaching our long-term objectives than we were when Pedro was manager. But, that's not "absolute" failure.

Yes pointless in the sense that despite our unmatched, herculean European success, we are not were we want to be. We have not reached our long term objectives. -
I'll ask again, how many more seasons of European "success" is required for us to go any "further" ? success it has been in one area where we need it before going any further
-
One area where success is required, but not achieved, is player trading. The board have been stating this for a while.
-
So not pointless. Glad these posts have not been an absolute failure.
-
Run 😂 before he starts throwing.
-
Wait, you said and I quote success it has been in one area where we need it before going any further So how many more years success in Europe do we need before we go any further What areas? All the areas we currently fail in?
-
Apparently not.
-
Maybe time to review what I posted about him......
-
Not a good question. I said European football is one of the areas we need success before we can go further. Success in the other areas will have more impact.
-
Wait, Gonzo is Michael Stone?
-
Surely European success means winning the competition no one remembers runners up except maybe our fans

Season Review Dethroned in the Comatorium
Sutton_blows_goats replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
I'd agree that when we got back to the top league, we needed more European involvement to help us domestically. That umbilical cord was cut with 55. In fact for the past few years post Seville, we have regressed significantly domestically. While European performances have been at a similar level. My posts might miss your mark, you can ignore trophies if you like. Our club has done for long enough. I'm demonstrating that despite our European 'success', the other failures have been so high impact that the European 'success' has not done enough heavy lifting to balance it out. -
So 5 seasons of European "success' has yielded 1 season of domestic success. How many more seasons of European "success" do we need before it transmits into continued domestic success?
